Advanced Project Management

The aim of this course is to provide the opportunity for project management knowledge transfer as well as the sharing of experience. The course is delivered by a practicing project manager with international experience who is also a competent trainer, allowing most subjects to be discussed and issues solved. The course covers the major Project Management subjects and a number of issues that have been raised by previous participants on PM courses and provides tools and tips in how to deal with some of the less tangible issues a PM has to manage.

The course is aimed at both new and experienced PM’s who wish to improve their practice and progress beyond the standard PM skill set, or those who do not want the standard Project Management syllabus.
