Methods and Structuring for PPP Strategies

This intensive, hands-on, course will see participants explore how to accurately identify the PPP needs of three elements: the structure, the challenges and strategies. They will look at each of the three in turn and work through approaches that are common to all, or unique to one. At the end of this specialist course, participants will be competent and confident in articulating their objectives in the knowledge that they truly understand the training requirements of PPP for their organisation.

Aims of the course:

After attending this course, participants will be better able to develop and manage an effective PPP infrastructure. This course will take delegates through models, developing and understanding the roles and responsibilities of organizations and developing strategies to deal with challenges. Practical exercises and group discussions will involve delegates to share their knowledge and experience throughout a lively and enjoyable learning experience.
