Procurement of PPP Projects

The course provides participants with knowledge, hands-on experience and case studies required to plan, design, negotiation and financing of PPP infrastructure projects covering topics such as ICRC Act, benefits of PPP to government, taxpayers and private sector, models of PPP, design of concessions and other PPP arrangements, financing structure and techniques, contract, contract agreement, contract management and dispute resolution.

This course is intended for lawyers, engineers, accountants and other officials of government ministries, departments and agencies involved or planning to be involved in PPP arrangement for delivery of projects.
